I'm helping out with a couple of Flathead Ford builds. One is a '36 Sedan, the other is a '38 Coupe.

Image1
I headed out to the Image1 shop to watch Joel work his magic. As with any shop, there are always projects laying around in various stages of completion.
The digger
Joel is getting everything ready for Run 4 Your Life IV, including his own Triumph.
Jared's Wide Glide

Joel jammin' out.
We headed into town for Karaoke Night at Little Mexico
Whiskey, beer, music and good times. So good in fact, that I woke up in a stranger's corn field.

European Bike Night
I have always been a fan of local bike nights. I try to take advantage of every opportunity to support them if I can. They are a great way to find biker brothers and sisters in your community. Years ago, my friend Mike started a European Bike Night with one of his friends. It's still going in the Columbus suburb of Grandview, so I wandered down to check it out.
This bike was a barn find, in THIS condition, with only 452 original miles!
This bike was my favorite. 1970 BMW Solar Cafe bike. I spent at least half the night just staring at it. The knee buckets are grain scoops with the handles cut off. Every little nut and bolt was speed wired.

Band: Rumble Seat Riot
If you're into Rockabilly / Psychobilly / Rock n' Roll music, you've gotta hear Rumble Seat Riot. They are a kick ass band based out of Des Moines, Iowa. Larry Kaster (stand up bass and vocals) originated the band with Gene Senn (guitar and lead vocals). They soon after found a drummer and started making music. Not only do these guys make great music, as founders of the Corn Creepers Car Club, they also build some sick cars.
I highly recommend seeing them live. They bring a lot of energy and a great vibe to the stage. If you aren't able to catch a show, you can catch them on YouTube.
