European Bike Night

I have always been a fan of local bike nights.  I try to take advantage of every opportunity to support them if I can.  They are a great way to find biker brothers and sisters in your community.  Years ago, my friend Mike started a European Bike Night with one of his friends.  It's still going in the Columbus suburb of Grandview, so I wandered down to check it out.

 This bike was a barn find, in THIS condition, with only 452 original miles!

 This bike was my favorite.  1970 BMW Solar Cafe bike.  I spent at least half the night just staring at it.  The knee buckets are grain scoops with the handles cut off.  Every little nut and bolt was speed wired.
